This DVD set includes all 26 public broadcast television shows. It also includes a bonus show (not seen on television). This series presents workouts in a sequential way. The series begins with basic exercises and progresses to intermediate exercises.

You will need: a stability ball, a mat, and a foam roller. Foam blocks are optional.
